This project involved a full residential upgrade, combining a single-storey side and rear wrap-around extension with front and rear dormers to create a much larger and more flexible home.

The ground floor was opened up to form a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, with new structural openings allowing the existing rooms to work together as one connected space. The layout also includes a separate snug and storage, giving the house a balance between open-plan family living and quieter private areas.

The new dormers make better use of the upper floors, creating additional bedroom and bathroom space while keeping the roof form simple and in proportion with the existing property. The result is a significantly improved family home with more space, better flow, and a much stronger connection between the ground floor and garden.
