Harrogate Road

This project involved designing an 8m rear extension to significantly increase the living space at the back of the property. The proposal creates a larger, more open ground floor layout, with wide bifolding doors helping to bring natural light into the home and improve the connection to the garden.

The extension was designed to match the existing house, using a roof finish and pebbledash render that blend with the original building. This gives the property a much larger and more practical living space, while keeping the external appearance simple, clean, and sympathetic to the existing home.
