This project involved a 4-metre full-width rear extension designed to transform the ground floor into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living environment. The extension was carefully designed to maximise natural light, improve garden connectivity, and create a practical family-focused layout.

The design introduces wide rear openings with multiple sets of glazed doors, enhancing the relationship between indoor and outdoor living while maintaining a balanced and sympathetic external appearance. Internally, the space accommodates a large modern kitchen with island, alongside relaxed living and entertaining areas, creating a bright and versatile heart of the home.

Planning approval was successfully obtained, and the design significantly enhanced both the usability and overall market value of the property.
