This project delivered a substantial double-storey side extension alongside a full front elevation redesign, transforming the scale and presence of the home. The works introduced multiple new bedrooms, a reconfigured and enlarged kitchen, and a bright open-plan living layout suited to modern family life. Roof repairs and detailing upgrades were carefully integrated to ensure the extension read as a coherent whole rather than an addition. All works received full planning approval from the local council and resulted in a significant uplift in market value, estimated in the region of £350,000–£450,000, through improved space, layout, and architectural quality.
