This project involved a double-storey side extension to enlarge the existing home while keeping the front elevation balanced and in character with the original property.

The extension adds valuable space across both floors, allowing the house to gain a more practical internal layout without losing the familiar appearance of the existing building. The new side addition was designed with matching brickwork, roof tiles, window proportions, and detailing so it sits naturally alongside the original house.

Externally, the updated frontage gives the property a much stronger and more complete appearance, turning a simple semi-detached house into a larger family home with improved space, kerb appeal, and long-term usability
