Residential Apartment Development

This project proposed a new residential apartment block designed to bring life back to a neglected and underused urban site. The aim was to create much-needed housing while improving the appearance, activity, and overall character of the surrounding street.

The design introduces a contemporary building with a mix of brickwork, clean render, large windows, and warm cladding features to add depth and visual interest. The proposal was carefully developed to respond to the existing urban context while giving the area a more modern and welcoming identity.

For sites that feel tired, vacant, or overlooked, residential development can play a key role in regeneration. This project shows how thoughtful design can help uplift a decaying area, support local housing demand, and create a stronger sense of place.
