Double Storey Side Extension

This project involved a carefully integrated double-storey side extension, adding two generous bedrooms at first floor and a spacious kitchen extension at ground level. A new front porch improves arrival and street presence, while anthracite-framed windows throughout unify the old and new into a cohesive, contemporary elevation. All works were granted full planning approval by the local council, resulting in a fully modernised family home with significantly enhanced space, light, and functionality.
