This project involved a double-storey side extension, designed to add more usable space across both floors while improving the overall layout of the home.

At ground floor level, the extension helps create a better balance between the kitchen, lounge, dining, and snug areas, giving the house more flexibility for everyday family use. The first floor gains additional bedroom space, allowing the home to work more comfortably without needing to compromise the existing rooms.

The extension was designed to sit neatly against the original property, with a simple roof form and matching external treatment so the new addition feels like a natural part of the house rather than a separate add-on.
